The FTD6000 series is equipment for mass production which automatically performs processes from alignment to YAG welding in LD and PD module production processes.
We provide applications and solutions that satisfy a wide variety of module concepts from each customer.
For modules which require much higher coupling, we have three-part alignment units that align the package, the lens, and the fiber/receptacle simultaneously.
Alignment & Welding stage
One of the features of this equipment is automatic rotational correction during welding, which enables a uniform welding with stable temperature characteristics.
FTD-8903 YAG Oscillator
FTD-8903 is a dedicated YAG oscillator developed for the FTD6000 series. The light axis which diverges in three directions is adjusted to have uniform penetration. This stabilizes the welding and prevents coupling losses, achieving stable production.
